HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Once we receive your order we will check the products and ship your package within two business days.

In Switzerland, the post office will deliver your products within a maximum of three working days.

Outside Switzerland, the delivery may take up to 10 days due to customs formalities.

SHIPPING COSTS / CUSTOMS

We ship our products from Lucerne (Switzerland). Therefore, there are no additional fees or customs charges in Switzerland. The cost of shipping and handling per order is 4.90 CHF. From an order value of 75 CHF we deliver free of charge.

For shipments with destination outside of Switzerland, additional fees/customs charges may apply. These are usually at your expense and will be invoiced directly by the responsible customs authority.
